I was always interested in the way painters were making their works and how they saw the world itself. I decided to make a big series of portrait photoshoots following different art movements and using them as references for my photos. This is an ongoing project and I will update it with new photos every time I do a new photoshoot.
Portrait photoshoot for a musician Roy Sunak
I did this photoshoot for a talented musician Roy Sunak. Although I do not like the word talented since I know that there's a plenty of work put to create something beautiful. Art is always about hard work rather than talent.
Portrait photoshoot with Juan
I've done this photoshoot in black and white because I wanted to focus solely on the lighting and composition and wanted to express the character through these mediums
The project that we did together with my wife photographing each other at home at night. We did 4 photoshoots using black and white film and artificial lighting. We captured single portraits and self-portraits together.
The works I make, to learn how I can bend reality in my photographs. What I particularly like is that I can take a picture in a usual setting but using artificial light, negative space or editing it in a particular way I can give it a twist which would make it look less real when it was in the beginning.
