I can organise a makeup artist for the photoshoot. It’s a light, professional touch that helps people look rested and camera-ready.
Having a HMUA adds about 15 minutes per person, and I’ll check the exact rate with the artist so you know the price in advance.

FAQ – Business Photography in Berlin

How long does a corporate photoshoot take?

For a team, allow roughly 20–30 minutes per person. The total time depends on team size, the location, the setup and whether you need one look or several.

Do you offer on-location business portraits in Berlin offices?

Yes. I work in offices, coworking spaces and company headquarters across Berlin. I bring the mobile studio and adapt it to the available room and schedule.

Do you include retouching?

Yes. Delivered images are professionally retouched with a natural finish. Light skin softening and minor clothing corrections are included when needed.

How many portraits can we get done in one day?

As a working estimate, I photograph about two employees per hour. With a full-day setup and breaks, most teams can plan for up to 15–17 people. I’ll confirm the schedule once I know the team size and location.

Can you create more than standard headshots for our company?

Yes. I can create environmental portraits, workplace images, lifestyle photographs and detail shots for your website, employer branding, press and social channels. This can be added to a Premium session or planned into a larger company shoot.

How long does delivery of edited photos take?

Standard delivery is within one week. If you need images for an event, announcement or publication sooner, ask about an accelerated delivery schedule.

Can you shoot at events or conferences?

Yes. I provide a mobile headshot booth for conferences, expos and company events. Guests are photographed quickly, and event delivery can be arranged when the schedule and setup allow it. The booth is operated by me and my assistant.

What locations in Berlin work best for company branding images?

The right location depends on your company’s brand and the intended use. We can work at your office, a meeting space, hotel, café, urban location or a green area such as Tiergarten.

Do you photograph executives visiting Berlin for short stays?

Yes. I work with visiting executives, speakers and business guests who need usable images during a short stay. We can plan a compact session around meetings, conferences or other fixed commitments.
