As an event photographer in Vienna I cover corporate events, conferences, and company gatherings in here and around Europe. Most of business events I cover are across the city, but I also travel to Berlin, Prague, Bratislava, Budapest, and other European cities for a full day to multiple day event coverage.
Based in the centre of Vienna, I frequently cover events at venues such as the Hofburg, Austria Center Vienna, Messe Wien, and Stadthalle, as well as many hotels with event and conference spaces like Hilton, Andaz Vienna, The Social Hub, and others.
My approach is simple — I like to capture how the event actually felt. No unnecessary direction or interruption, just observing what’s happening and reacting to the light and atmosphere. Whether it’s a quiet conversation between guests or a panel discussion or the intensity of a keynote speaker, I try to show the personality of the moment.

What types of events do you photograph?
I specialise in corporate and business events — conferences, seminars, award ceremonies, shows, company parties, product launches, and galas. Each event is captured with an eye for detail and atmosphere, telling the story of the day.
Do you only work in Vienna?
No, while I’m based in Vienna, I also cover corporate events around Europe, including cities like Berlin, Prague, Budapest, and others. Please note that I travel for bookings that require at least half day coverage.
Do you photograph other types of events?
Yes, while I focus on corporate event photography I have also photographed concerts, life podcasts and other cultural events.
Can I hire you for just a headshot booth?
Yes! The headshot booth is a separate service and I can’t cover an event and take headshot portraits at the same time (only with a second photographer).
How far in advance should we book you?
Ideally in advance so we can discuss all your photography needs but I’m often available with a short notice.
How are the photos delivered?
I provide a large, carefully curated selection of edited and lightly retouched photos via an online gallery which is hosted for 2 months, ready to use for marketing, press, or internal purposes. Raw images are NOT delivered, instead you received a polished gallery made to fit your needs.
How quickly are the Photos Delivered
For events I aim to send the photos within 1-3 days after the event with an option to receive them same day for an extra fee. For headshot booth photos are edited on site and delivered within 30 minutes to each attendee.
Can we request specific shots?
Absolutely! Even though I naturally adapt and photography every key moment of your event, I’m happy to go through a list of must haves with you and capture each photo you may need. My goal is to capture your event exactly how you want it remembered.
