Makeup Artist (HMUA)

I can organise a makeup artist for the photoshoot. It’s a light, professional touch that helps people look rested and camera-ready.
Having a HMUA adds about 15 minutes per person, and I’ll check the exact rate with the artist so you know the price in advance.

Which package is right for you?

If you only need a few portraits for your website or LinkedIn, the Basic package works well.
Premium package is a more extended coverage for your personal branding to have a consistent visual style for your brand.
For teams of up to five people — for example startups or small offices — the Small Team package is the most practical option. If you 6-7 people we can prolong the session by 1 hour.
For companies who need portraits for many employees, the Large Team package is designed for a smooth and consistent photoshoot directly at your office, no matter how big your team is. I set up a studio in a free room at your office and come multiple days.

FAQ – Business Photography in Berlin

How long does a corporate photoshoot take?

Most portraits take around 20–30 minutes per person. So depends on the number of people.

Do you offer on-location business portraits in Berlin offices?

Yes. I regularly work in offices, coworking spaces, and company headquarters across Berlin. I bring a full mobile studio and adapt the setup to your space, whether it’s in Mitte, Kreuzberg, Potsdam, or elsewhere.

Do you include retouching?

Yes. All delivered portraits include professional retouching. Light and natural skin softening and if needed clothes ironing in post production is a part of what I offer.

How many portraits can we get done in one day?

I can do headshot portraits of about 2 employees per hour, depending on the setup and makeup needs. In a day with a break we can do up to 15-17 people

Can I get full personal branding photoshoot, not only headshots?

Yes, for both independent professionals and for companies I also offer portraits in context, lifestyle photos in professional environment and different detail shots that you can use for your website and other platforms. That can be a part of my premium package, or included in the schedule of a bigger photoshoot.

How long does delivery of edited photos take?

Delivery is usually within one week after the photoshoot. Extra fast delivery is possible if needed.

Can you shoot at events or conferences?

Yes, I offer an on-location headshot booth where guests can get their portrait taken. It’s operated my me and my assistant and we deliver photos during the event.

What locations in Berlin work best for personal branding portraits?

That depends more on your style and positioning. It’s rather more often in urban environments like Potsdamer Platz or Breitscheidplatz, but we can also have a photoshoot in a cafe, a hotel or green areas like Tiergarten.

Do you photograph executives visiting Berlin for short stays?

Yes. If you’re in Berlin for meetings, conferences, or business trips, I can arrange compact portrait sessions that fit into your schedule.
