I have photographed conferences and institutional events for organisations across Europe, including the European Council on Foreign Relations, European Commission-related events and international tech, pharmaceutical and energy conferences.

Every conference has different requirements, from a short seminar to a multi-day programme. I prepare a clear quote based on the schedule, venue, number of rooms and the photographs your team needs.

What do you need before the conference?

The programme, venue details, priority speakers, branding requirements and intended image use are usually enough for me to plan the coverage. For a more detailed checklist, read my guide to preparing an event photography brief.

Do you only work in Berlin?

I am based in Berlin and work throughout Germany and across Europe.

Do you photograph small conferences?

Yes. I cover smaller seminars and workshops as well as large, multi-day conferences.

Can you cover several rooms or simultaneous sessions?

Yes, depending on the programme. For conferences with parallel sessions, I can create a coverage plan or arrange an additional photographer.

How quickly do you deliver conference photographs?

I usually deliver a selection of edited conference highlights while the event is still running, so your communications team can publish them on the same day.
